"And the creed and the colour and the name won't matter... ...": Open dialogue: Seeking equality of educational outcomes for Black students

Dr Taylor shares her personal experiences around the equality of educational opportunities for black students. This is a conversation that many might rather avoid – indeed Dr Taylor herself found the peer responses ‘incredibly helpful in enabling [her] to discover the unconscious biases still present in [her] thinking’. This is an important contribution that can help us all develop our efforts towards anti-racist practice.
