Abstract
An 800-word, two-page illustrated article for The Big Issue magazine, outlining the ways that photo-processing ephemera - specifically, paper photo wallets used to return prints and negatives to users of film developing and printing services - can operate as sources to tell the history of popular photographic practice. (Also published on The Big Issue's webpages under an alternative title, 'What Photo Wallets Tell us About the History of Photography'.)
