Abstract
A large number of Edge Consumer Electronics (ECE) and computing control environments are interconnected through two networks: the physical network and the cybernetwork. As the fusion of cyberspace and hardware or equipment space, hackers can intentionally attack the hardware or equipment space through cyberspace. Therefore, how to measure the reliability of the Cyber-Physical System (CPS) by an effective method and provide sufficient security support is very critical. Firstly, we build a model that is closer to the real-world CPS. Then, by using a target attack strategy, the processes of the cascading failure of a coupled network are explored. Furthermore, we verify the theoretical results through simulation and comparative experiments and explore the main influences which affect the robustness of the CPS. Finally, the challenges of security analysis of CPSs are explored.
