Measurement from ex vivo tissues

Research output: Chapter in Book/Conference proceeding with ISSN or ISBNChapterpeer-review

Abstract

This chapter will focus on studies that conducted electrochemical measurement on ex vivo tissues. Insight into the benefits of utilizing this anatomical setup for bioanalysis will be provided along with a discussion into all the strengths and limitations of the method. Some of the key experimental conditions and interpretations of the data obtained will be considered, in addition to the components of the experimental design. Some key samples of ex vivo tissue measurements will be provided with emphasis on those that have provided new insights. Finally, future perspective of ex vivo measurement will be highlighted.
