Abstract

An illustrated essay published to accompany the exhibition of the same name organised by the Henry Moore Institute and the University of Brighton Design Archives. The essay comprises two parts: 'Bernard Schottlander's industrial design as a system of appearances' by Moriarty and 'A Kind of Urban Furniture: Bernard Schottlander's sculpture' by Worsley.
