N1 - Suspira Magazine (and its Sister Magazine Sabat) are highly novel publications. Each explores themes of Horror and Witchcraft respectively viewing these subjects through a feminine lens. The Editors became aware of my website www.augurywoods.com which largely explores ideas of witchcraft and feminine power using 'fake witch sightings'. I was asked to make images to accompany an article discussing the depiction of female sexuality in Ken Russel's 'The Devils' and why this film remains taboo to this day.
