Abstract

The book provides a snapshot of the different forms of Appropriate Dispute Resolution in the US, UK and Nigeria by taking stocks through the author's Podcast -Expert Views on ADR (EVA) Vid/Podcast Show. It lays a detailed introduction to the history of ADR and their benefits. Offers a contemporary, up-to-date perspective on how far ADR has enhanced Access to Justice in the UK, Nigeria, and the US. It also critically examines the use of Restorative Justice disputes or conflicts, Online Dispute Resolution, and Collaborative Law and their contribution in terms of speed and informality to the overall court processes.
