AbstractStudents’ expectations and experiences have been the focus of attention in the literature and in research for a number of years. But despite the body of research in this area and efforts made by universities to ease students’ transition, many students are still unprepared for higher education level study, unsure what learning at university will involve and have difficulty integrating into university life.
