Abstract

The challenges facing the early years sector are well documented. Rebecca Swindells, nursery owner and doctoral student at the University of Brighton, discusses the findings of a research study looking at the operational management characteristics of three nursery managers working in successful PVI day nurseries in England, to see how they are coping in the current environment.
