Abstract
The Novosibirsk International Biennial of Contemporary Graphic Art was founded in 1999. The tenth anniversary of this vivid artistic project, receiving wide social and professional recognition, makes it possible to speak about its established traditions, which single out the Novosibirsk graphical forum among other similar events. The organisers of the Biennial have always aspired to widen the audience's mental outlook, to familiarize Siberians with new tendencies in graphic arts of the world's different countries, and to create the conditions for a fruitful exchange of creative ideas between artists and art critics.
