Abstract
The contribution charts personal experiences from the conflict in Ukraine gathered through interviews. It questions how urgent on-the-ground actions and tactics taken by people during the ongoing war in Ukraine, reflect on traditional urban planning ideas and how they might challenge traditional -isms.
