Abstract
This 3000-word commissioned article examines the schism in the Boy Scouts from which the Kindred of the Kibbo Kift - a pacifist outdoor organisation for all ages and both genders - was formed in 1920. The seven-page feature includes nine illustrations and was accompanied by a newly commissioned short film, designed and produced by History Today, featuring archival moving image footage of Kibbo Kift and a narrative by Annebella Pollen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYwoCgoGOAI
