The seven dance films are diverse and challenge the audience to deepen their understanding of this art form. The films were either BBC/Arts Council or South East Dance/Lighthouse commissions, and feature teams or constellations of director/choreographers: Birds David Hinton, Horseplay Alison Murray, Boy Rosemary Lee/Peter Anderson, Dust Mim King/Antony Atanasio, Outside In Margaret Williams/Victoria Marks, Lounge Miranda Pennell, Motion Control Liz Aggiss/Billy Cowie/David Anderson.
