Abstract

The current third party take-back (TPT) model faces the issues of with data retrieval and process standardization, hindering the development of remanufacturing. To address these issues, this paper proposes an approach to optimize TPT recycling through the use of blockchain and remanufacturing reverse logistics (RRL). Firstly, the paper analyzes the key factors influencing collection strategies to enhance economic feasibility. Secondly, by leveraging blockchain to establish a transparent supply chain alliance information link, data accessibility is ensured. Finally, by using the example of engine recycling as the case study, the paper reveals the driving role of product quality and market trends in TPT recycling, emphasizing the necessity of considering product conditions and a stable market environment.
