Abstract
This paper explores the potential of convergent media, in this case interactive TV and mobile phone, for delivering interactive language learning. We propose an innovative and workable cross-media solution architecture that uses the power of the Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) stream, the Java programming environment and Bluetooth technology. We discuses the advantages that this
architecture might have over current methods of delivering interactive content.
