Abstract
The General Director of more than four centuries old Gubernija Brewery of Lithuania, Romualdas Dunaliskas, never came across such a dilemma facing his company. The company was hard pressed from every corner of the market--be it consumers, retailers, or the local and foreign competition within the market. Romualdas and his team were now forced to develop a robust and sustainable strategy that would help the company fend off the local and international competition in an increasingly saturated market.
