Abstract
The chapter contains practical suggestions for music students to reduce their anxiety when studying difficult music scores and perfroming them in public. Because of the topic, this chapter falls in between areas incluing education, music, applied psychology and phisiology (extreme performance anxiety can lock the body movements of the students).
