Abstract
This short animation documents an evaluation of a nature-based intervention, created by Grow (www.growingwellbeing.org.uk), for people with experiences of psychological distress in Sussex, UK. It is a collaboration between psychologists at the University of Brighton (Matt Adams, Julie Morgan, Joe Rennie-Taylor); Grow's directors (Julie Wright & Jo Wren), volunteers and participants; and professional illustrator and writer Guy Parker-Rees.
