Abstract
This interview, in Elements: Pour La Civilisation Europeenne, a French bi-monthly 'magazine des idees', accompanied a three page illustrated review of Annebella Pollen's book, The Kindred of the Kibbo Kift: Intellectual Barbarians, entitled 'L'Autre KKK: L'eternelle jeunesse du Kindred of Kibbo Kift'. The interview explored the research process behind the book, the history of the Kibbo Kift (an English open-air camping and campaign group of the 1920s), and their relationship to early twentieth-century European youth movements, political organisations and prominent cultural thinkers.
