Abstract

An evaluation of the second, cross-faculty, inter-professional learning day for students on professional qualification award programmes in the Faculty of Education and Sport, and the Faculty of Health and Social science, highlights the importance of developing an understanding of others' values and perspectives. Considerations of occupational and organizational professionalism support analysis of the way in which students in their early stages of professional formation can interact and engage in boundary-spanning and networking activity.
