Abstract

The findings in this report are derived from the further (or ‘secondary') analysis of anexisting dataset generated by the Trust for the Study of Adolescence (TSA), andcommissioned by Sport England (Cox et al., 2005). The research, exploring thedeterminants of sports and physical activity participation among young women aged 15-19,was undertaken in the South East and the West Midlands regions of England.
