Reviews the law on corporate and directors' liability for deaths occurring in the workplace. Considers the impact of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007, prosecutions under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, sentencing guidelines, and case studies.
