    Abstract

This session will cover the context and reasoning behind the move to different modes of practical assessment within two modules in the MSc Physiotherapy pre-reg course. It will address how these assessments were planned and undertaken, as well as key insight from the staff involved. This will include challenges, perceived benefits and areas for development. Students will share their views and reflections of their experience of these different forms of assessment. The presentation will conclude with possible implications for on-line and video/practical assessment (in this specific context), planned developments and key learning across the range of perspectives for those involved.
