I was thrilled to welcome Duncan Bagshaw to Episode 30 of the @ExpertViewsonADRvidpodcastshow . He is a #barrister and a partner with Howard Kennedy, a prestigious London-based full-service Law firm.
Duncan is a highly experienced lawyer who advises on large international disputes in #arbitration and #litigation proceedings.
