N2 - This report describes how English local authorities are implementing the Equality Act 2010, specifically the setting of Equality Objectives and publishing details of compliance in relation to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) people. In this report we:

* provide an overview of the equalities legislation and criteria used to assess whether local authorities demonstrated compliance with the legislation;
