Abstract
In order to solve complicated coupled problems between system and components, a multi-objective optimization redesign method based on analytical target cascading (ATC) are presented. On the basis of the damage condition, remaining service life information and demand information, the range of remanufacturing cost, energy consumption, and material consumption can be obtained, aiming to restrict redesign objectives. An ATC method is presented to cooperation system redesign objectives and components redesign objectives. A multi-optimization model is established including remanufacturing cost, energy consumption and material consumption. The adapt teaching-learning-based optimization (A-TLBO) method is adopted to solve this model. Finally, a used machine tool (model C6140) is taken as an example to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
