Description
This post-doctoral fellowship had three main goals:
Goal 1: To engage with a broad range of audiences, maximising the local, national and international impact of PhD findings in terms of research, social policy and practice.
Goal 2: To develop professional, research and related skills as a foundation for a research career in academia.
Goal 3: To carry out further research (<25%) exploring the complex process of change in whole system school intervention, specifically focusing on pupil experiences and outcomes (24) in four schools from two local areas (Blackpool and West Sussex).
