Project Vigilant (VAWG EAF Phase 1 & 2 projects)

The College of Policing Ltd (The College/The Authority) is running a three- year programme of work to evaluate interventions to tackle violence against women and girls (VAWG) to build the evidence base in this priority area. As part of this work, the College is looking to appoint one or more professional service provider(s) to carry out development work with forces and partners. The purpose of the development work is to ensure the projects are ready to be implemented and evaluated in years 2 and 3 of the programme, including the development of a theory of change and an evaluation plan.
