Description
This 30-month KTP project aimed to provide Iberian with strategic marketing and branding capabilities as well as improve overall business performance by refining internal business processes to create capacity for business growth.
The project set out to generate value for both Iberian and the university. It would help Iberian expand into new markets and increase its market share whilst maintaining its unique selling point as a UK manufacturer of bespoke lampshades. It would also enable the company to design and implement innovative approaches to develop products.
The partnership between the university and Iberian had already been fruitful in several areas as well, with staff from the company joining the university-led Help to Grow project.
