Scholarly biography

Timo is the Course Leader for Fine Art Printmaking. He graduated from the Printmaking School at the Royal College of Art in 1979.

His interests as an artist have revolved around the relationship between creativity and a sense of cultural belonging. He explores visual languages that treat printmaking as a network of approaches for exploring drawing through process.

Timo has exhibted widely in the United Kingdom and abroad. He has work at the Ashmolean Museum, the Museum of London and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
