Supervisory Interests

I am an applied microeconomist who conducts research in health and gender economics. I primarily use advanced statistical and econometric modeling techniques on large-scale, individual-level survey data to investigate particular research questions. I also utilize a range of quantitative methods to conduct research in various topics such as e-commerce, technology adoption, and political trust.

I welcome research/PhD proposals from students interested in exploring issues on the economics of health and gender with the application of quantitative methods. I particularly encourage proposals that explore the intersections of health with other fields of economics, finance, business, marketing, and social sciences.
