Sinead Kennedy, Senior Lecturer in Primary Education.

Research interests are narrative enquiry, research and practices in primary education with a specialism in English education; reading, writing, the teaching and learning of reading and writing with a focus on Early Reading and Drama in Primary Education. 

Masters completed in looking at student teacher confidence to teach drama in primary schools (2017). 

Most recent research includes a collaboration with the National Theatre on creative approaches in the primary classroom (2022)

Developing The Learning Space and the CLP (Creative Learning Practices); creative ways to teach using specific creative approaches (2023).
