Research interests
As a member of the British Universities Industrial Relations Association (BUIRA), my research interests include trade unions (recruitment and membership, workplace representation, organising, and political strategies), industrial action (strike trends, worker mobilisation and the legal context), as well as developments in workplace/trade union learning. I am currently working on a series of journal articles based on the ‘Mixed Fleet’ cabin crew industrial dispute which took place at British Airways in 2016-17.
