Scholarly biography

Background:

Mohammad is a Research Officer at the School of ATE and is working as part of project ATRACT (A Trustworthy Robotic Autonomous System to Support Casualty Triage) at the Advanced Engineering Centre. The project is focused on merging artificial intelligence (AI) with drones and robotics to assist frontline medics in minimising casualties, and essentially using AI to save lives on the battlefield. 

Mohammad's research work and interests primarily correspond to AI, digital innovation and transformation, big data, cryptocurrencies, and digital technology adoption, amongst others. 
He is a member of the Digital Innovation & Transformation (DIT) research excellence group, and is currently working on a paper centred around sustainable digital innovation. 

In addition, Mohammad has worked on multiple digital transformation and AI-based projects, in both corporate as well as academic capacities, and is a regular participant in digital tech and AI conferences predominantly at his alma mater, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
