As a researcher within the Environmental Extremes Laboratory at the University of Brighton, my work focuses on human physiological responses to thermal and hypoxic stress. My doctoral research specifically examines Women’s Rugby Union, investigating how athletes’ performance is influenced by exposure to varying environmental temperatures.
