Gillian’s area of expertise are Employment Law and Human Resources Management drawing on her prior experience as a Human Resources Director and a founding partner of a niche human resources consultancy. Gillian brings a practical perspective to her teaching. She is particularly experienced in redundancies, business transfers, disciplinary and grievance handling, discrimination as well as networking, innovation, communications, negotiations and influencing. Gillian runs CIPD courses at graduate and post graduate levels ensuring she remains up-to-date on contemporary issues.
Gillian has experience supervising graduate and post-graduate students in Human Resouces related subjects. She is able to supervise students on similiar projects.
