I completed a Masters in Managing Change & Innovation in 2020, and have been inspired to undertake a PhD in Innovation Management on a part-time basis around my day job.

My research will look at two subjects:

• Are the current business change tools & techniques still relevant in a world where complex organisations are increasingly working remotely? Do any need to evolve? Can new ones be developed that allow their use where groups of people are not together in the same room?
• How can complex organisations optimise the management and output of their workforce when it is geographically diverse? Can innovative communications technology be deployed to help manage the workforce?
