Research interests
I am investigating mechanobiological changes in the brain in healthy ageing and in aged APPNL-G-F mice, a model of the amyloidosis seen in Alzheimer's disease. I use mice to model these effects, and atomic force microscopy to investigate mechanical properties of the hippocampus at a high resolution.
