Charlotte is Principal Lecturer in the Brighton Business School  Responsibilities and duties include:

• Research mentor to new lecturers
• Module leader for six PG modules 
• PhD Supervisor
• Master's degree dissertation supervisor

My main research interests are management and leadership in both public and private organisations. At present, I'm supervising students completing PhDs in the areas of social learning in Nigerian public service and the promotion of women in Jordanian businesses.
