Research interests

Research Interests:

Celestine is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management, broadly interested in understanding the dynamics of HR functions and Competitive Strategies through research and teaching.
Particularly, I am interested in Value-add HR functions, and the development of new/innovative people management practices in SMEs, that create critical funnel for strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation. Current  projects include exploring the role of HR professionals in CSR initiatives in a variety of organisations, and investigation of tribalism in people management in Africa.

I will be delighted to supervise students conducting studies in Human Resource Management, Corporate social responsility and competitive strategies.
