Research interests

Carmen's research focuses on the areas of international marketing, cross-cultural consumer behaviour, social media, and tourism. She is a member of a number of American and European academies in the area of marketing. Her work has been published in Tourism Management, European Journal of Marketing, and Journal of Strategic Marketing, among others, as well as in many prestigious conference proceedings.
