Research interests

Dr Rotimi Joseph is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with over 20 years’ experience of working in the construction industry at both local and international levels. He is currently the principal partner at Kemrot Associates Limited a firm of quantity surveying and project management. Due to his passion for academic excellence, he is currently a Lecturer in the School of Environement and Technology, specilising in quantity surveying programme delivery, in addition to this, he is a Visiting fellow at the university of the West of England, Bristol, where he works in collaboration with other researchers to conduct industry led research for both DEFRA and Flood Re. Dr Rotimi is a research active academic with national and international recognition in the area of construction management, particularly in cost benefit analysis and property level flood risk adaptation measures.
