Research interests
I am a third year PhD researcher at the University of Brighton, situated in the Centre for Spatial, Environmental and Cultural Politics. My research sits at the intersection of environmental and health policy, race and cultural studies, and human geography. Through feminist postructural policy analysis I am critically exploring the absent-presence of 'race' in English environmental and health policy. My PhD specifically explores the problem representation of racialised inequalities in access to nature in England.
My research is funded by the ESRC South Coast Doctoral Training Partnership.
