Co-creator and co-organiser of a one-day interdisciplinary symposium exploring the emotional and psychological impacts of conducting research on traumatic, sensitive, and ethically complex subjects, with particular attention to quantitative and mixed-methods research contexts. Convened in partnership with the University of Southampton, the South Coast Doctoral Training Partnership (SCDTP), and the University of Brighton, the event brought together researchers across institutions and career stages for keynote talks, panel discussions, and collaborative dialogue on researcher wellbeing, trauma-informed practice, and emotional sustainability in research.
