Co-organiser with Dr Suzanne Rowland. An in-person practical making workshop designed as a follow-up to our Thinking Through Making Symposium held in February. Lead by textile maker and tutor Rachael Matthews (Artworker's Guild, Rag School, Courtauld) a group of PhD and MA students whose practices encompass remaking skills examined three historic garments from the University of Brighton's dress history Teaching Collection and created responses, recreations and reflections based on the tacit skills of the unknown makers.
