Description
In this presentation, I introduce a model to reduce differential outcomes that includes approaches to inclusive learning, teaching and assessment but also considers strategies for fidelity implementation across an institution. Using principles of compassionate, trauma informed, critically adaptive and relational pedagogies for the design of change implementation as well as curriculum redesign, I suggest approaches that can make a difference to staff and students.
