We will look at why the design and construction industry requires foresight. Why do architects and built environment professionals need to engage with the long-term as well as the here and now?

The RIBA Horizons 2034 thought leadership programme puts the question - how might a view of what’s in front of us ten years hence better inform our business and career choices? How might knowledge of changing demographics enlighten our design briefs or foresight into future economies impact our business plans?
