Description
Invited Workshop on Bibliometrics for REF4Pakistan. This workshop will introduce participants to the fundamentals and applications of bibliometrics in research evaluation, with a special focus on their role in the REF4Pakistan initiative. Key topics will include bibliometric indicators, major databases (Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, etc.), the responsible use of research metrics and research integrity. Through interactive discussions, the session will highlight how bibliometrics can enhance research visibility, support strategic publishing, and inform institutional assessment.
