Description
As MBA Course Leader, I was responsible for the development and for the validation of the new PG Diploma in Senior Leader Apprenticeship (SLA) and the validation of the new MBA Leadership. This included writing a new MBA Leadership Programme, a new Senior Leader Apprenticeship PG Dip Programme, a new SLA Commitment Statement, a new SLA Fast Track Validation document, a new Mentoring Handbook for Organisation Supervisors, a revised Schedule 1, a new Apprentice Handbook, a new UQSC01A application, a new Apprentice Information for Prospective Employers form, a new Organisation Supervisors Handbook, a new timetable for 2020-2022 and organising an Induction Day for all starters MBA students. The above were completed within my time as MBA Course Leader. I worked alongside the Apprentice Team and the SQSC to agree upon new objectives and new materials to be designed and developed. I worked closely with all the Module Leaders (8) on the MBAs to ensure that their Module Descriptors (10) were updated accordingly and validated by SQSC
