Duncan Baker-Brown was asked to make a 60 minute presentation discussing the challenges and opportunities of developing a successful Circular Economy in the construction sector to Baroness Parminter, Chair of the House of Lords Select Committee for Environment and Climate Change, together with Lord Andrew Stunell, former Liberal Democrat MP and qualified architect responsible for proposing the Sustainable and Secure Buildings Act of 2004.
